Media

Our Media package is a one time fee for covering a performer during a single event. Petrichor Flow will get as many videos and pictures of you performing as we can for the duration of the event.

This content will then be uploaded to the Petrichor Flow database. After the event, you will gain access to the database to pick out five videos and five pictures of your choosing.

I agree to pay $100 or $125 for Petrichor Flow to cover the event listed above.

The payment includes $50 for the hours worked the night of the event, where Petrichor Flow is actively taking pictures and videos of the performer in motion with their prop and $50 for the five edited videos and five pictures of the performers choice or $75 for the five raw videos and five raw pictures of the performers choice.

After the event you will gain access to the database to pick out five videos and five pictures. Once you have selected your five videos and five pictures, we will then send them to your email address and your access will be temporarily suspended until the next event.

I grant permission to Petrichor Flow/Petrichor Flow Babes, hereinafter known as the “Media” to use my image (photographs and/or videos) for use in Media publications.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images/videos or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image/video.

I agree that I will not download more than the paid for content within a 30-day time span from Petrichor Flows database. If this content is illegally downloaded, posted, or shared I understand that Petrichor Flow then has the right to terminate this contract effective immediately.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
